Navigative Addon for TNC FlipBook Classic

The Navigative Addon lets you display multiple PDFs on a single page with sidebar navigation. Instead of creating a separate page per PDF, you generate one shortcode link that pulls up all your PDFs in a single viewer with a navigation panel — perfect for documentation, manuals, and product catalogs.

This addon is for the TNC FlipBook Classic plugin (and the free TNC PDF Viewer).

Requirements

  • WordPress 5.6 or later.
  • An active TNC FlipBook Classic license, or the free TNC PDF Viewer plugin from WordPress.org.

Installation

  1. Buy the Navigative Addon from CodeCanyon (about $25) or your ThemeNcode purchase dashboard.
  2. In WordPress go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin and upload the zip.
  3. Activate the plugin.
  4. Make sure TNC FlipBook / TNC PDF Viewer is active and up to date.

Upload PDFs and create your first viewer

Before configuring Navigative, you need at least one PDF in your TNC FlipBook library:

  1. Navigate to PDF viewer → Add New.
  2. Add a title (used as the viewer title and in shortcodes).
  3. Under Basic Settings, upload your PDF.
  4. Choose your defaults: Page Mode, Default Zoom, Default Scrolling Mode, Default Spread, Viewer Language, and (optionally) Jump to Page.
  5. Open the Toolbar Elements tab to override which buttons appear.
  6. Open the Appearance tab to override theme and colors per viewer.
  7. Click Publish.

You're now ready to use the PDF in a Navigative configuration.

How to use the Navigative Addon

  1. Go to PDF viewer → Navigative.
  2. Click Upload PDF File or paste a direct PDF URL.
  3. Configure the toolbar options:
    • iframe width — percentage value (e.g. 100%).
    • iframe height — pixel value (e.g. 800).
    • Show/hide controls — Print, Fullscreen, Zoom, Open, Download, Pagenav, Find, Share, Page Mode, Current View, Logo, Toggle Menu, Rotate, Default Zoom, Toggle Left, Hand Tool, Scroll, Document Properties, Spread.
    • Jump to Page — Optional starting page number.
    • iframe title — Used for accessibility.
    • Viewer Language — Pick from 100+ languages.
    • Default Scroll — Vertical, Horizontal, Wrapped, or Flipbook.
    • Default Spread — Odd or Even.
  4. Click Generate Shortcode.
  5. Paste the generated shortcode anywhere on your site — a post, page, widget, or page-builder code block.

The resulting viewer opens with sidebar navigation showing all the PDFs you've configured, and visitors can switch between them without leaving the page.

Page-builder integration

The Navigative Addon also exposes elements/modules for WPBakery, Avada, and Divi (via their respective page-builder addons). With those installed, you can add the Navigative viewer visually instead of using a shortcode.
