Preview Addon for TNC FlipBook Classic

The Preview Addon creates partial PDF views with access restrictions. Visitors see only the preview pages you choose; full access requires a login, a user role, a WooCommerce purchase, or a Paid Memberships Pro level. Ideal for ebooks, whitepapers, premium reports, and any PDF you want to use as a lead magnet or paid content.

This addon is for the TNC FlipBook Classic plugin (and the free TNC PDF Viewer).

Requirements

• WordPress 5.6 or later.
• An active TNC FlipBook Classic license, or the free TNC PDF Viewer plugin from WordPress.org.
• (Optional) WooCommerce, if you want to gate by purchase.
• (Optional) Paid Memberships Pro, if you want to gate by membership level.

Installation

1. Buy the Preview Addon from CodeCanyon or your ThemeNcode purchase dashboard.
2. In WordPress go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin and upload the zip.
3. Activate the plugin.
4. Make sure TNC FlipBook / TNC PDF Viewer is active and up to date.
5. Upload your PDFs via TNC FlipBook → Add New, then enable Preview settings per document.

Core functionality

• Select specific preview pages — show 1 to 10 pages to restricted visitors.
• Full PDF access for permitted visitors only — everyone else sees just the preview pages plus an access prompt.

Setup per PDF

1. Edit the PDF in TNC FlipBook → All FlipBooks.
2. Check the Enable Preview box.
3. Choose how many preview pages to show (the first 3 pages is a good default).
4. Pick a Restriction Method and configure the matching field (role, WooCommerce product, or PMPro level).
5. Save.

Preview activates immediately — the next visit to the FlipBook applies the restriction.

Viewer experience

• Restricted visitor: sees the preview pages followed by your access prompt.
• Authorized visitor: sees the complete FlipBook with no preview message.
• The transition between preview and full access is seamless — there's no separate page or redirect.
