FAQ & Troubleshooting

In the previous part, we learned about the Preview Features of Preview Addon.  Now, we will explore FAQ & Troubleshooting.


Elements not working?

  • Verify the TNC FlipBook is active first​.
  • Clear site cache after activation​.

Preview pages not showing?

  • Select specific page numbers (1,2,3, not "first 3")
  • File must be <50MB for preview generation​.

Access restrictions failing?

  • Test with actual WooCommerce order/user role.
  • Check Paid Memberships Pro level assignment​.

Mobile preview broken?

  • Fully responsive, test in incognito mode.
  • Regenerate preview thumbnails via Tools > TNC FlipBook​.

Performance issues?

  • Limit preview to 3-5 pages max
  • Compress PDFs before upload (<10MB recommended)​
